You will need
½ Small Red Cabbage Head
½ Small Green Cabbage Head
3 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
2 tbsp Sesame Oil
3 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
1 tbsp Dried Cilantro
¼ tsp Coarse Salt
½ tsp Black pepper
Chop your cabbage and put in a large bowl. Add the rest of your ingredients, mix all together and enjoy. I don’t like to add too much salt to my food, feel free to add more if you’d like.
