1 handful of baby Spinach
1 cup of mango cubes( I like to use frozen)
1 tsp Wheat grass powder
1 tbsp of Gogi Berries
1 tsp Gogi Powder (Nativas)
1 Cup Almond Mile
.5 Cup Water
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 scoop of Vanilla SunWarrior Protein Powder
