You will need:
A Timer
A a whole lot of Drive and Motivation
READY.SET.GO!!!!!!!!!!!
1 Burpee with a Tuck Jump
5 Mountain Climbers
5 Jumping Lunges
5 Squats
*You will do this set-back to back for a Minute(No Breaks)
Rest for 15 seconds
Repeat the work-out as Many times as You can. This will Kick you butt and ramp up your heart rate.
